Mark wanted to make sure I let everyone know that this idea was borrowed from another RV builder whose name he has forgotten.  None-the-less, the idea is a good one.  Mark utilized so rubber grips comshawed from a couple of mop buckets.  The rubber grips fit right over the rudder pedals and improve foot grip adn keep from wearing away the paint.

 

Also, note the cool aluminum spacers on the bottom of the brake cylinders.  I think the plans call for using washers in this location.  These aluminum spacers are definitely much nicer.

I took this picture of the elevator trim tab bend.  My trim tab did not turn out very well but I thought it might be acceptable...now I'm not so sure.  This is an example of the "PERFECT" trim tab bend.  The other side looks just as nice.
